Mike has over 15 years in the Information Technology field, in a variety of roles including Business Process Reengineer, Application Developer, Network Consultant, Practice Manager, and Director of Application Development. He has held senior management positions in a number of mid size consulting firms, where he was responsible for the business unit profit or loss, business development, staffing, technical leadership, project management, and technical project leadership. He is a results-driven professional with extensive experience leading people and project teams, implementing and overseeing technology programs, and administering million dollar budgets.

Ben Hannon - Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hannon is a co-founder of Peart-Hannon Consulting, LLC. His 18 years of industry experience includes service in consulting, database engineering and director of technology. Mr. Hannon has performed these services in the telematics, construction, pharmaceuticals, publishing and government agencies. Mr. Hannon meets with clients to define their business and technology requirements, focusing on the implementation and business areas where IT can offer the greatest impact and the quickest ROI. Mr. Hannon also monitors daily business activities, requirements analysis and detailed design sessions to develop the requirements and application functionality that will ensure the clients unique needs are addressed.
