Mike Peart
President, Chief Executive Officer

Mike Peart is a co-founder of Peart-Hannon Consulting. He has more than 25 years of experience in the technology field, having held senior management positions in a number of mid-size consulting firms. His roles have included business process engineer, network consultant, practice manager and director of application development. Mike is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in leading individuals and teams, as well as in implementing and overseeing technology programs. Mike earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Maryland in information systems management with a concentration in database technologies.

Ben Hannon
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Ben Hannon is a co-founder of Peart-Hannon Group, LLC. His 25 years of industry experience include service in consulting, database engineering and director of technology. Ben has performed these services in the following areas: telematics, construction, pharmaceuticals, publishing and government agencies. Mr. Hannon meets with clients to determine their business and technology requirements, focusing on the implementation and business areas where IT can offer the greatest impact and the quickest ROI.

Ben also monitors requirements analysis and detailed design sessions during the development of the requirements and application functionality to ensure the clients unique needs are addressed. He has also leveraged his years of experience in teaching database certification classes. Ben is involved in all phases of the business specifically applying his skills in the design, development and application of technology to business problems.

Bill Schneider
Executive Sales

Bill is our Sales Executive and is tasked specifically with building our Public Sector business. When Bill joined us in July, 2005, we were in the beginning chapters of our company's story in building a growing, commercial practice. With Bill's help we've successfully extended that story by building an excellent reputation as a reliable subcontractor and trusted partner to our customers in the State of Maryland.

Bill's background includes a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and Auburn University; however, beginning with his first job out of college he's been involved in software development and hasn't touched a printed circuit board since. Bill began his professional career with the Department of Defense in the Intelligence sector building software systems. His tenure with DoD lasted 13 years, including an overseas assignment in Western Europe for four years.

Later, Bill transitioned to Private Industry and managed software development for a technology startup as part of the American Automobile Association (AAA). While in that role, Bill began a steady migration from what had been to date a technology focus towards a business focus centered around building relationships with partner companies and customers.

At Peart-Hannon, that blend of technology experience and business focus allows Bill to continue in building relationships with customers and partners that will support rounding out our commercial business and take our ongoing success story into the Federal market.
