Job Title: Application Developer
Career Level: 2-5 Years

FLSA Status: Exempt
Responsibilities:

Design, document, implement, and test applications both individually and as part of a team to client specifications. Develop, deploy, and maintain moderately complex software applications and systems that are customized or standardized. Adhere to release management practices and procedures. Adapt to new technologies as needed. Interface with the client to perform maintenance and testing activities for newly implemented and existing applications.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related area
  • Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in designing and developing complex software applications
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming
Technologies Used:
  • Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework
    • Experience with C# (preferred) or VB.NET.
    • ASP.NET 2.0: Page Lifecycle, Built-In and Custom Controls
    • ADO.NET
    • Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) - Web Services or Windows Services
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005
    • T-SQL Programming with Stored Procedure Development
    • Reporting Services
  • Web Development
    • HTML/XHTML
    • JavaScript
    • CSS
    • Cross-browser compliance
  • XML/XSLT
